Google Play billing
Where an app offers an optional purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment methods, receipts, and account checks are controlled by Google under the terms shown at checkout.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility and processing follow Google Play’s refund policies and applicable consumer law. Start with your Google Play order history or Google Play support. If you need product-specific help, email hello@caix.in with the app name and order reference; never send full card details.
Restoring access
Purchases tied to your Google account may be restorable through the app or Google Play. Device changes, account changes, and store availability can affect restoration.
Free to download
Every Darwin Hub app is free to download. Many show ads and some offer optional in-app purchases; each Google Play listing, and each app’s page on this website, says which.
