We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for lawful personal purposes, subject to Google Play terms and any app-specific notices.
Fair use
Do not reverse engineer where prohibited, disrupt services, bypass security, misuse purchase systems, infringe rights, or use our products for unlawful or harmful activity.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. Offline apps may continue to work, but compatibility can change with devices and operating-system updates.
Intellectual property
Darwin Hub software, branding, copy, and original artwork remain the property of their respective owner. Third-party platform names and marks belong to their owners.
Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or fitness for every purpose. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Darwin Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your location.
